Kaity graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Zoology. She has traveled to Africa and Thailand to work with/and study animals. Kaity has also lived in the West for a couple years working with wolves, dingoes, and domestic dogs/puppies.

Matthew is such a down to Earth guy, knowledgeable about the Northern Michigan area and all that it has to offer. He is a punctual father of 3 who has a list of Dad jokes longer than his dreads!

Rob is happily married to his wife Christy with 3 daughters Hanna, Grace, and Audrey. He lives in Benzie County where his family roots run deep. Rob loves boating, hiking, fishing, or anything that involves being around family and friends. He loves driving for The Magic Shuttle Bus so he can share the offerings of this beautiful part of the state.

Carol is quite the animal lover, with three dogs, three cats and two horses. She also has two grown daughters in their 30’s. Carol absolutely loves her job at MSB because she is always surrounded by people having fun.

A vacationer turned permanent resident, David is an Up North enthusiast drawn to northwest lower Michigan by the lure of its forests, rivers, lakes and dunes. Ask him about the best places to bike, hike, kayak and camp, and where to find Petoskey stones!

Specialty: Private Group Tours, Family Outings, and Wedding Transportation

Ken is a serial entrepreneur, traveler, partner dance instructor, life long hopeless romantic, philosopher, and planet lover! Previously, Michigan State University sports and music participant and still managed to get through 6 years! Greatest accomplishment… being the father and friend of 3 of the most awesome young adults he could ask for. He is glad to be at your service!

Dan the man, or Lieutenant Dan, is a seasoned vet when it comes to the tour industry, with over 7 years of well earned experience under his belt. As a co-owner of the MSB with his son Sean, Dan takes care of all of the vehicles in our fleet. He enjoys spending time with his family and loves his animals!

Specialty: Reservations/Communications

From a military family, Erin has lived and traveled the country quite a bit. However, she found herself settling down in Traverse City, as she thoroughly enjoys all four beautiful seasons that Northern Michigan has to offer.

Specialty: Local Knowledge, Wine Knowledge, WIne Tours, Wedding Transportation

Jonathan, aka “Mr. Frizzle”, grew up in metro Detroit on Lake St. Clair. Having a family who vacationed on Platte Lake his entire life brought him a deep sense of love for the Traverse City region. In his mid 30’s, he fulfilled his lifelong dream of moving to the TC area.

Specialty: Bachelorette Parties, Private Wine Tours, Company Events

Matt is a Traverse City native who loves the area and the outdoors. He has a background in music, sign production, and computers. When he is not driving a bus or having a coffee he can be found reading a book, playing video games, or painting.

As a Traverse City native, Neil very much enjoys the outdoors and sailing in the Summer. He appreciates his job here at the MSB because he is able to help others enjoy their time in Traverse City, whilst being safe.

Specialty: Operations/Bookings

Sean is the founder of the Magic Shuttle Bus, and co-owner with his father Dan. If you call in to schedule a tour, or change a booking, chances are, you will talk to this guy! He is a Powered Paramotor Pilot and currently going to aviation school to get his private pilots license!
Who knows, Magic Shuttle Bus might take to the air someday…

Mike is one of an increasing number of wine connoisseurs/tour guides becoming familiar with the wine lists at Traverse City’s top wineries. Mike has become part of the Traverse City wine culture after vacationing here and then moving to the area in 2018.

Specialty: Wedding Transportation, Company Tours

The newest member of our Magic family, Rose, has been a professional driver for over 20 years, and is greatly looking forward to showing our guests why we all cherish Northern Michigan. In addition to loving animals, she is known to have the patience of a saint, and when she isn’t driving, she is most likely crocheting, painting, or reading.
