The Magic Shuttle Bus GR, LLC accepts Cash, and all major credit cards.
Cancellation policy: If a booking or any vehicle is canceled off lease 30 days or more in advance, the customer will receive a 50% refund for the deposit (per vehicle). If canceled within 30 days prior to your event, there is a zero refund policy.
Cleaning Fees Policy: Magic Shuttle Bus GR does not allow decorating the bus unless prior approval has been given by the office. Cleaning Fees of up to $150 will be added if the bus requires heavy-duty cleaning or could make the bus late for its next contracted tour. Tape, Glitter, and Styrofoam coolers are not permitted on the Magic Shuttle Bus, the use of these products could result in a full cleaning fee of $150 to be paid on the credit card on file.
Pertaining to all Tours: Payment of full lease is to be paid to driver upon arrival unless full payment is paid in advance. If canceled within 7 days from the event date, customer is liable for payment in full. Travel fees are added to areas more than 15 miles from downtown Grand Rapids, MI.
Pertaining to all bookings Including, Tours, and Group Events: If no Gratuity is issued on the day of service, a mandatory 20% charge based on the full amount of the job will be charged the following day to the card on file.
Pertaining to all Weddings/Corporate Events/Bachelor Parties: a mandatory 20% gratuity payment that is based on the full amount of the job, will be charged when the balance of the lease is paid upon the verification of the scheduled event at one week out. Travel Fees are added to all shuttles outside of the Grand Rapids, MI area. Magic Shuttle Bus limits the amount of pick up/drop off locations to 2 locations per vehicle, per wedding or event. Overage fees are enforced whenever a bus exceeds its scheduled drop-off time for the event. Overage Fees are determined by the hourly rate of the vehicle(s) booked. If the time exceeded is past 12:00am, then the per hourly rate of the vehicle is doubled.
Pertaining to all Weddings: Magic Shuttle Bus prefers to have a final Itinerary at least 2 months out, though, all changes to itineraries are always subject to availability. Clients are to notify Magic Shuttle Bus of any changes to their Itinerary with advanced notice. Availability is heavily dependent on the time in which the client is to notify Magic Shuttle Bus regarding changes or modifications to their Itinerary. Refunds or discounts are not permitted if the event that relates to the inability to change or modify an Itinerary due to availability.
Starting and ending times must be enforced (subject to driver/bus availability).
The Magic Shuttle Bus GR, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles during the ride, or articles left after a ride has ended. There is NO SMOKING/VAPING allowed on any vehicle.
Alcoholic beverages are not allowed outside of the bus during the trip.
The Magic Shuttle Bus GR, LLC driver and/or employee reserves the right to eject any individual(s) who they deem to be disruptive, intoxicated, to pose a safety threat to themselves or to others, or deemed to be using an illegal substance.
The Magic Shuttle Bus GR, LLC is not responsible for underage consumption of alcoholic beverages at any time before, during, or after the ride. The driver has the right to inspect ID’s and containers of passengers who appear underage.
The Magic Shuttle Bus GR, LLC cannot, by law, supply alcohol to/for clients. Guests must provide their own alcohol.
For any actions such as fighting, violence, damage to equipment and/or bus, or harassment towards the driver, staff, or anyone in or around The Magic Shuttle Bus GR, LLC, the driver reserves the right to terminate the trip. The client will be responsible to find other transportation and forfeits the full fare as a result.
If a passenger should vomit in or on the bus, there is up to a $300 cleaning fee payable to the driver or charged to the client’s credit card. The driver will pull over when safe to do so.
By signing up for and participating in the ride, the individual agrees that The Magic Shuttle Bus GR, LLC, and its employees are not responsible for any claims for injuries, loss, damage, death, liability, criminal or civil litigation for the participating individual arising out of or relating to a ride.
By agreeing to this contract, the above client agrees to assume full responsibility for any damages to the interior or exterior of the bus that is caused by any individual riding in the bus. The client is liable for the cost to repair any such damage as well as any cost for loss of The Magic Shuttle Bus GR, LLC service due to such damage.
The Magic Shuttle Bus GR, LLC is not responsible for injuries or accidents in and around the bus. Alcohol impairs motor skills, balance, and judgment. Clients are asked to remain seated while the bus is in motion. Move about at your own risk. Please use caution on the steps.
The Magic Shuttle Bus GR, LLC is NOT LIABLE in cases of unexpected vehicle breakdowns, accidents, severe weather, or anything that may delay a timely arrival or cause cancellation of the trip. In the event of a cancellation due to mechanical problems, the trip may be rescheduled for another date. The client will be notified as soon as possible to let them know of unexpected problems that may postpone trip times.
By Booking this event, you are agreeing that you have read the rules and regulations and agree to abide by them. You understand that you accept full responsibility for all damages or thefts that occur during your rental for all members involved in your event. You agree that if any persons are added during the trip, who are NOT part of the original group, it will be at the discretion of the contracted person/Driver only (not to exceed vehicle passenger limit. No standees.) You have the right to inspect the vehicle prior to your trip and report any noticed damage. You have accepted The Magic Shuttle Bus GR, LLC in good faith, and agree to the listed price of the vehicle rented. If the event exceeds the ending time of the original reservation, you agree to the additional charge of the vehicles per hourly rate. You agree to pay for all services rendered at the time of pick-up, and any additional hours at the trips end. You agree to personally explain these rules and regulations to persons of your group, and any added persons during the trip.
