A list of frequently asked questions that can help you decide what’s what on The Magic Shuttle Bus.

1When does the time of service start and end?

The time of service starts when the vehicle arrives at the initial pick up location, and ends when the vehicle arrives at the final drop off location.

2If my group wants to extend our time on the bus what is the additional charge?

The charge would be the hourly rate for the vehicle, and would be paid to the driver at the end of the shuttle.

3Am I allowed to bring food on the bus?

Yes, but only neat foods (such as cheese and crackers) 

4Can we consume alcohol on the bus?

Yes, alcohol can be consumed on all of our vehicles, but the alcohol must stay on the vehicle if opened. (cans or bottles are preferred)

5If payment is not made in full, when is the remaining balance due?

The balance is to be paid to the driver at the start of the shuttle, or can be paid prior to the event by credit card over the phone.

6Is there a mandatory gratuity?

No, but we do recommend 20%, as we are confident that your experience and time with our driver will be an exceptional time.
